Our management company hired H2O due to a hot water heater failure in our rental property during the 2024 Thanksgiving holiday. Given the urgency of the situation, H2O promptly installed a new tankless water heater, which was up and running in just 3 days. The tenants were very pleased with H2O's technicians and the quality of their work. H2O just scheduled the final city inspection and did not charge for the presence of their technician during the inspection, which passed. Excellent company!
